The purchase of your ticket for the show implies acceptance of the GRAND REX PARIS internal regulations, which are displayed at the entrances and/or published on its website. Furthermore, it implies acceptance of the internal regulations specific to the event organizer, where applicable. The enforceability and acceptance require the customer/spectator to comply with all provisions of the internal regulations.
A spectator who does not comply with these internal regulations may be refused entry to the venue or expelled without being entitled to a refund of their ticket. The same applies in case of non-compliance with specific provisions set by the organizer. Tickets purchased outside of authorized points of sale (FNAC, BILLETEL, the Grand Rex box office, and all similar authorized networks) may be refused entry to the venue without refund. It is important to note that purchasing tickets on resale websites carries the risk of fraud or counterfeiting, which may result in being denied access to the venue.
Leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or within a specific period are not subject to the right of withdrawal under Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code. This applies to our ticketing (cinema, escape room, tours).
Gift cards purchased through our online store are subject to the right of withdrawal, with a legal period of 14 days after receiving the card.
